Delivery: All prices include postage and packing to any address within the UK. For overseas orders please select "overseas" in the postage menu and we will advise you of the postage charge. Please allow 7 days for UK delivery unless otherwise informed by us, or unless otherwise requested by yourself. If you wish to use Next Day Special Delivery, please contact us before placing your order either by email or by phoning 01862 893121.

Returns: If you wish to return anything, for any reason, please contact us either by email or by phoning 01862 893121. We will arrange a refund of the cost of the item(s) as soon as they are returned to us.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been delivered, please email or phone us as soon as possible. As each order is made up individually, it is possible that your order hasn't been posted yet and we may be able to stop it before it is.

With the exception of the maps and cards, all other items are produced one at a time by hand and, as such, variations in colour and design will inevitably occur. This ensures you are getting a truly unique product and images on the website are examples only.

All information given on this website is held securely by Loch Art of Tain and will never be given to any third party, under any circumstances whatsoever.
